Pandorea Jasminoides 'Variegata' (Variegated Bower Vine)

An evergreen vine with leaves split into 5-7 shiny oval leaflets that have a cream variegation. Funnel-shaped pink flowers with deeper-colored throats bloom in the summer through fall. Reaches heights of 20-30 feet tall. Growing in most soils that are moist and well-drained (acidic soils are also suitable) it prefers full sun or part-shade. Adequate sunlight is required for good flowering and as a rainforest climber it will grow to reach for sunlight.Can be used as a natural climber or grown over frames as a hedge or screen. Free flowering with a delicate fragrance, Bower Vine is easily trained on a stake, hoop or trellis rewarding the gardener with light pink blossoms at a young age.
