What if your plant/pot arrived damaged or plant is dead?
If a wrong or dead plant is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 24 hours after delivery. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement plant and pot accordingly. In the case of a Refund, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
If the plants arrived in a dull state you need to contact our plant care team via email/ WhatsApp (details at bottom of the page) within the same day with images and unboxing video. Our Plant care team will give you necessary instructions to save the plant and bring it back to health. However in the unfortunate circumstance of the plant not reviving we will initiate a refund or send the replacement plant accordingly.
If any perishable item shows any variation or abnormalities like plants loosing it’s leaves at your place after 48 Hours of receiving the plant, we won’t be able to refund or exchange the same.
Plants under ₹249 category cannot be replaced/ refunded.
Alocasias/ Caladiums cannot be replaced/ refunded.
Can you return plants? No.
Growcerys does not accept returns on plants as the poor plants will perish due to both way transit stress. But we do guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.
Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.
