Red Rambai Exotic Fruit Plants (Baccaurea Motleyana)

Red Rambai/ Baccaurea Motleyana is a very delicious fruit from the Phyllanthaceae family . It is very attractive due to its distinctive red colour and it is a popular variant of Rambai plants. It is also mostly grown in home gardens as an ornamental and for its tasty edible fruit. The fruit is almost round and turns brownish-yellow coloured when ripe, without splitting. Each seed is covered with an edible, sweet-tasting aril which is translucent red colour.
