Thrives in bright, indirect light. Direct sunlight can cause the leaves to scorch and the variegation to fade. It can tolerate lower light conditions but may grow more slowly and with less vibrant variegation.

Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings to avoid overwatering and root rot. It's essential to provide well-draining soil to prevent waterlogging.
Humidity: Prefers high humidity levels. Aim for humidity around 60% or higher. Use a humidifier or place the plant on a humidity tray to maintain adequate moisture, especially in drier indoor environments.
Temperature: Ideal temperature range is between 65-80°F (18-27°C). Protect the plant from cold drafts and avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent stress.
Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix. A mixture of potting soil, perlite, and peat moss works well to ensure proper drainage and aeration.
Fertilization: Feed with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). This supports healthy growth and enhances the plant’s vibrant variegation.
Pruning: Remove any yellowing or damaged leaves to keep the plant looking its best. Pruning can also help encourage new growth and maintain the desired shape.
