Provide maximum light, but shade from direct sun.

Plant in rich well-drained soil. Moderate water required; do not over-water. For any insect attack or disease, you can use Neem oil or organic pesticides. If you are planning to repot, it's best to wait at least 2 or 3 weeks after getting your new plant.
It can be grown as a trailing or climbing vine, or pruned as a shrub. In frost-prone climates, it is grown in a warm greenhouse or conservatory. One should use a soil-based potting compost, provide supports for the stems, and prune after flowering to contain the plant.
